Lead Rides

We will running a number lead rides around Merstham initially, to enable people perhaps not confident in riding or returning to cycling, to regain their skills and confidence.    

Initially we will be leading groups on road and on bridle paths on circular routes around Merstham, and later we will venture into the Surrey hills to enjoy some spectacular views.

Safey Riding Programme

Most people can jump on a bike and "get down the road". But is it safe ? This course is a aimed at

• how to check your bike ~ the 30 sec check list!!
• what clothes should I wear ?
• what is best way to ride ?
• what is the best way use the gears and brakes ?
• what are rules of the road wrt bikes ?
• what should I look out for on the road to be safe ?

These courses are available for children and adults.

These courses are approved by the local goverment and the driver safer council.

Ladies' Night

We are starting up a workshop session run by women for women who can  share knowledge of bicycle maintenance in a friendly, informal atmosphere - practical learning by doing..
